  • HangOverEasy leadership wants all employees to feel safe and empowered at work. We believe that in a positive and supportive environment employees will enjoy coming to work and everyone will benefit.
  • Sometimes there are incidents that may prevent that from happening. In most instances employees should feel encouraged to address these incidents with your supervisor so it can be resolved. However, there may be times that you do not feel comfortable having those direct conversations. In that case we want to provide you with another option to report the behavior or incident.
  • Right now only the HR administrator will receive and review the message. That being said, the messages can and will be shared with others accordingly so the issue can be resolved. If you want the report to be anonymous feel free to exclude your name from the message. In instances of safety or illegal behavior we cannot guarantee anonymity.
  • Only serious reasons that you feel you cannot address with your direct supervisor should be directed to this phone number.
  • Stealing, harassment, safety violations, incidents of retaliation, illegal behavior, drug use, and inappropriate food handling are all examples.
  • Having time off request denied, disagreement with official policies, general disagreements with a supervisor or co-worker, or not getting sufficient shifts on the schedule are examples of issues that need to be resolved within the store between the employee and their supervisor.
  • Harassment is defined as “unwelcome conduct that is based on race, color, religion, sex (including sexual orientation, gender identity, or pregnancy), national origin, older age (beginning at age 40), disability, or genetic information (including family medical history).”
  • Offensive conduct may include, but is not limited to, offensive jokes, slurs, epithets or name calling, physical assaults or threats, intimidation, ridicule or mockery, insults or put-downs, offensive objects or pictures, and interference with work performance.
  • If you believe you are a victim of harassment in the workplace please report it immediately to your supervisor.
  • Retaliation is punishment of an employee by an employer for engaging in legally protected activity, such as making a complaint of harassment to a governmental body, or participating in workplace investigations.
